Support and active customer contact
Aimit AS offer fixed support agreements (4 % of license foundation) or running support (300 NOK per started 15 minutes). Aimit have a manned support phone from 08:00 to 17:00 and our customers are free to use this. They can also call directly to their own consultant.
Course
Aimit offer standard courses in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft Dynamics XAL (Concorde XAL). If desirable we can set up courses tailored to our customer’s needs, which can be conducted at the customer’s site.
One to one training
Change processes in companies are often necessary for continued success. Change often demands the redistribution of tasks and new employees need training. We understand that internal skill transfer, in combination with external training, is often an effective and quick way to bring new employees up to speed. We recommend training where customer and supplier focus together on the practical work tasks, to specify and document routines.
Technical services
Aimit also offer their customers techinical services within network and operating systems connected to Microsoft Dynamics NAV and XAL.
